Dan was great to work with. I met him through our family. He had just sold my in-laws house and I saw how helpful and professional he was. I asked him to help sell my house, which I was in the process of renovating. He kept in contact with me the whole time I was working on the house. When I was ready to put it on the market he was there immediately. He had multiple offers on the house right away. He got me above asking price and my house was sold within 6 weeks. It was a great experience.
